I’m a 2023 graduate of Maroa-Forsyth High School, where I played four years of varsity volleyball as an outside hitter. During my senior season, I had the opportunity to serve as a team captain, and I earned all-conference honors during my final three years of high school. I also finished my high school career with the second most blocks in a single season in program history, recording 74 blocks. After graduating, I continued both my academic and athletic career at the University of Missouri St. Louis, where I recently completed my junior year. My freshman season was an unforgettable experience, our team was the regular season champions, we were regional champions, and advanced to the NCAA final four while finishing with an overall record of 34-2. we also made regional tournament appearances during both my sophomore and junior seasons. this past year was especially exciting because we won the conference tournament for the first time in program history. volleyball has given me so many opportunities, memories, and lessons throughout my career, and I’m really excited for the chance to give back to the program that helped shape me into the athlete and person I am today. I’m looking forward to helping younger athletes grow their confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy the game as much as I always have.
